No travel, no printer, no waiting room. Here's everything you need to know about getting your documents notarized online — start to finish.
From your first contact with us to signed, delivered documents — here's exactly what happens.
Start by filling out our booking form with the type of document(s) you need notarized, your preferred date and time, and the names of all signers. For real estate closings, you'll also provide your attorney or title company's contact information.
Once we review your request, we'll confirm your appointment and send you a secure session link via email. On business days, we typically respond within a few hours. For urgent closings, reach out directly to expedite.
Before your appointment, you'll complete an ID verification using Biometrics. We have partnered with Persona to complete this process. This is a legal requirement for RON and protects all parties involved.
At your scheduled time, click your session link and enter the virtual signing room. You'll be connected live via video with one of our commissioned notaries once everyone involved is ready. The session is recorded as required by law — this recording is part of the official notarization record.
Once the session is complete, your notarized documents are digitally sealed and delivered to you via email. They are legally valid, court-admissible, and accepted by lenders, title companies, courts, and government agencies.
Most clients are ready to go in minutes. You don't need to download any software or visit a physical location.
Laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone — as long as it has a working camera and microphone, you're set.
A standard home WiFi connection is fine. We recommend avoiding public hotspots for security reasons.
Driver's license, passport, or state ID. Your ID must be current and clearly visible on camera.
Documents are uploaded to the platform digitally — no printing needed. For closings, your attorney provides these.
Knowledge-based authentication uses public record data to verify your identity. Most people pass in under 2 minutes.
Virginia's RON law has some of the broadest authorization in the US. Our Virginia-commissioned notaries can serve signers located anywhere in the world.
