An Apostille is an authentication of a public document issued pursuant to the Hague Convention abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. It ensures that public documents issued in one signatory country will be recognized as valid in another signatory country.
For documents requiring notarization:
1. Start by submitting an electronic apostille request using this link. Be sure to upload unsigned documents ONLY.
2. Next, you’ll receive an email with our availability and we can work to coordinate a time to meet online.
3. Once we have confirmed an appointment time, you will receive Identity verification links and meeting links. All verifications MUST be completed prior to the meeting.
4. During the virtual session, you’ll present your verified ID and electronically sign the document(s) on camera.
5. After the session, we will begin processing your apostille immediately.
If your document does not require a notarization, email us a copy for review.
Once the process is complete, you’ll receive an email from us with a scanned copy of the apostille.
Note: If you require the document be shipped internationally, we will request the address. Additional shipping fees apply
